MV Edition and switch to non-obfuscation

Hello There :)
After discovering some issues with code-obfuscation I decided to provide the non-obfuscated versions of the plugin instead.
Further I tested the compatibility with RPGMaker MV, changed some aspects and provided a version of this plugin for MV as well.
