New Plugin: Yossayas Util RPGMaker MZ/MV Plugin

Hello There !

I'm happy to announce that my new UTIL plugin finally made it to the LIVE status. You can visit the plugins page here!

The plugin is all about tweaking and optimizing basic game features. To follow up with this approach, this first version allows you to handle Touch Control in general and manipulate the touch animation as well. Additionally this version also includes WASD movement controls with the additional option to disable ARROW-Key movement at all.

So feel free to examine my new plugin and maybe write some nice comments. I'm still working on all my plugins, so they will get updates from time to time.
